Gov. Tom Wolf Announces Low-Interest Loans For Philadelphia Homeowners, Businesses Damaged During Unrest

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Places damaged by rioting in Philadelphia are now eligible for some new aid. The Small Business Administration approved a disaster declaration request from Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf in the wake of fires and looting in May and June.

Homeowners and businesses are eligible for low-interest loans as they try to recover from the damage.
